I’m very pleased how 2019 went. I experimented with lots of portraits, plen-air landscapes and still lifes. An example is above, a 6×8 linen on board, named “Winter Fruits.” This was an experiment as I don’t normally paint still lifes, but a friend gave us a whole bunch of Persimmons and the time was right.
