This I did with my friend, Harvey Cohon, when we went to Pismo Beach for some plein air painting (Shell Beach is within the City of Pismo Beach). The scene was overcast to begin with, and within two hours, the entire view was obliterated, so I had to finish up using a reference photo I had taken when we first set up.
